Career Counselling
At this stage, we do the primary profiling, collating personal information along with SSLC, HSC, IELTS/GRE/GMAT scores. Broad academic interests, financial capabilities and other expectations are also mapped.
Admission Guidance
Comprehensive interactions are held to obtain clarity on academic and career expectations, followed by thorough and insightful guidance.
Financial Aid & Assistance
The financial aspects of studying abroad and the entire process and options for availing financial support are discussed.
Training Sessions
The student is provided with appropriate guidance in obtaining the standard prerequisites of an IELTS/GRE/GMAT certification.
In preparation for the university’s credibility interview, our students are trained on professional conduct during interviews. We conduct mock interviews and provide question banks on frequently asked questions.
Visa Preparation
On receipt of the offer letter from the chosen university, documents are collated for the visa application process which is then reviewed thoroughly before initiating the visa process.
Pre-Departure Guidance
After the students receive their visa, they undergo detailed culture appropriation sessions and briefing on other important details necessary for their stay in the specific country.
Forex Services
We assist students by transferring fees to Universities by converting Indian rupees to the required Nation’s currency. We also arrange currency cash for the student’s basic travel needs.
Transport & Accommodation
This final step ensures the students’ safety in transition which involves making the right air travel provisions and appropriate arrangements on arrival in the particular country.

Country/University/Course Selection
Based on the earlier interactions, test results and profiling of the student a shortlist of courses, universities and countries is created.
Document Processing
Once the academic preference, institution and country are finalized a meticulous assembly of data and merits of the student, is done. This is then adapted to align with the updated regulations, country specific policies and compliance with the chosen university guidelines.
Application Review and Submission
Documents of the student are organized and iterated if necessary to match the standards of the country or the university or the course that they are applying for. Suitable alternatives are explored or negotiations are conducted with the respective universities to evolve solutions wherever necessary.
